The File

Frank has mopped every inch of ZMB1 for twenty two years and he will mention all twenty two of them. He is falling apart, literally, and his left arm comes off if he waves too hard.

He keeps a flask in the hand of the arm that falls off, which is the safest place in the building. Security has never searched it because nobody wants to hold Frank's arm.

Frank is union. He will tell you about the union. He will tell you about the union while holding his own arm.
